Japline Infra PEB Building System
Japline Infra PEB Building System
A Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) system involves the design and construction of buildings using prefabricated components. These components are manufactured in a factory and then assembled on-site. The PEB system is known for its efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness, making it a popular choice for various types of structures, including warehouses, factories, offices, and commercial buildings.
Key Features of PEB Systems
Design and Engineering: PEB systems are designed using advanced software, allowing for precise and efficient engineering. This results in optimal use of materials, reducing waste and cost.
Prefabrication: The components of PEBs are fabricated in controlled factory environments. This ensures high quality and consistency in the building materials.
Speed of Construction: Since the components are prefabricated, on-site construction time is significantly reduced. Buildings can be erected in a fraction of the time required for traditional construction methods.
Cost-Effectiveness: PEB systems often result in lower overall costs due to reduced labor requirements, less material waste, and faster construction times.
Flexibility and Customization: PEBs can be customized to meet specific design requirements. They offer flexibility in terms of layout, size, and aesthetics.
Durability and Maintenance: The materials used in PEBs are often more durable and require less maintenance than traditional building materials. This contributes to the long-term cost savings.
Environmental Impact: PEBs are more sustainable as they use fewer resources and generate less waste. The controlled manufacturing process also reduces the carbon footprint.

Pre Engineered Buildings Components
Primary Framing
Primary Framing
Primary members are the major load carrying and supporting members of a Pre Engineered Building. Main frame members consists of columns, rafters and other supporting members. The dimensions of these members vary based on their application and requirements. The whole frame is erected by connecting end plates and bolting them with connecting sections altogether. Each and every steel section and welded plate members are designed accordingly with the applicable sections as per the latest international codes and norms such as AISC, AISI, MBMA and IS to meet all the client specifications. For more info visit Applications of PEB.
Secondary Framing
Secondary Framing
Secondary framing alludes to purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other additional essential structural parts. Purlins, girts and eave struts are cold formed steel members haing a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa (50,000 psi) and will conform to the physical specifications of ASTM 572 (Grade 50) or ASTM A653 (Grade 50) or equivalent.
These members are composed of Roof Purlins, Wall Girts, Eave Struts and Roofing Sheets. Roof Purlins, Wall Girts & Struts Are Forms Of Z-Purlins, C-Purlins and Hollow Sections. Z-Purlins and C-Purlins are cold formed steel members having a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa with zinc coating (120/180/275 gsm).

Eave Strut
Eave Struts constructed from cold formed ‘C’ Sections and it is rolled to suit the roof slope. This member transmit longitudinal wind force on the end walls from roof brace rods to wall brace rods.
C Section
C-Section are normally 200 mm deep with a 100 mm angle. These flanges are perpendicular to the web and have a 24 mm stiffening lip.
Purlins & Girts
Purlins and Girts are roll formed Z Sections, 200 mm deep 64 mm anges shall have a 16mm stiffening lip formed at 45 degree to the ange.
Rod Bracing
Rod bracing (also called X-bracing) is a tension-only bracing system. Locates in the roof and walls of a building between frame members , transferring longitudinal forces to foundation.

Sheeting Accessories
Downtake Pipe
Downtake pipes are used to transport the water down, directly from the roof or from the gutters, to the storage tank an it offer least resistance and result in optimum flow.
Ridge Cap
Ridge Cap, a material or covering applied over the ridge of a roof, that covers the ridge and overlaps the intersecting field roofing.
Gutter
Gutter is a cold-formed “CHANNEL-SHAPED” member designed to carry water from the roof of the building to the downspouts.
Insulation
Air Bubble
Reflective air bubble insulation reflects heat and almost 97 percent of radiant heat rays to keep the inner atmosphere at stable temperature. Application of polyethylene bubble insulation includes similar to fiberglass application and such material can be used in both hot and cold climates.
Glass Wool
Glass Wool is an insulating material made from fibers of glass arranged using a binder into a texture similar to wool. The process traps many small pockets of air between the glass, and these small air pockets result in high thermal insulation properties.
Rock Wool
Mineral Wool is any fibrous material formed by spinning or drawing molten mineral or rock materials such as slag and ceramics. Applications of mineral wool include thermal insulation, Filtration and plays vital role in fire resistance to the building.
Accessories
Turbovents
These are velocity driven and centrifugal force generated, creating a low pressure area which draws out stale, damp and hot air through the ventilators and fresh air is automatically replaced. Turbo ventilators are wind driven, energy saving, pollution free and are virtually maintenance free.
Louvers
Louvers maintain a regular flow of fresh and natural air in the industrial and storage areas. In combination with Turbo Ventilators, they help in reducing the build-up of dust, vapour and heat inside the building.
Ridge Ventilator
This is a gravity-type ventilator which is provided with a bird screen and mechanical controlled damper. Allows natural ventilation of the building. Roof Jacks
